Meet Marlon Marrache
Marlon Marrache is the founder and principal of Marrache Consulting & Investigations Inc. With over 25 years of distinguished law enforcement experience, he retired in 2022 after a 24-year career with the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), serving as a Police Sergeant. His final assignment was as Assistant to the Chief of Police (Police Lieutenant) at California State University, Dominguez Hills.
During his LAPD tenure, Marlon spent 13 years in Internal Affairs, including four years as an Associate Advocate representing the Chief of Police in a prosecutorial capacity. He presided over more than 30 Board of Rights hearings and managed over 150 Internal Affairs Investigations as Citywide Internal Affairs Complaint Coordinator for LAPD’s Transit Services Division.
Since retirement, Marlon has focused on expert consultation and forensic analysis of completed Internal Affairs Investigations. He is a former Law Enforcement Instructor with Savage Training Group, where he taught California P.O.S.T.-certified courses on Internal Affairs and Officer-Involved Shooting investigations. He also hosts The Marlon Marrache Show – Truth Behind The Badge, which has featured over 240 guests in over 2 years and surpassed 1.7 million views.
